Yes! DriveLink provides the professional driver. You use your own vehicle and fuel. The driver will drive your car to your destinations.
How are drivers verified?
All drivers undergo ID verification, driving license validation, Certificate of Good Conduct background checks, photo verification (selfie with ID), reference checks, and manual admin review before approval.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel up to 2 hours before the trip. Contact support for refunds. Cancellation policies vary by service type.
How is pricing calculated?
Base rate is KES 10/km. Additional fees apply for time-based bookings (KES 500/hour), special services (weddings 1.5x, corporate 1.3x), and platform commission (15%). All pricing is transparent and shown before booking.
Is live tracking available?
Yes! You can opt-in for real-time GPS tracking during active bookings. This provides safety, transparency, and peace of mind. Tracking is optional and client-controlled.
